generally a rather young team (majority between mid 20's to end of 30's). But I'm sure that older colleagues are always welcome and would not be treated differently ;)

Due to quite some growth during the last years, it's rather cozy in the office right now. But a move to a bigger office is already planned.

Since it's a services company, there are not any direct issues with sustainability. However, people mostly bike to work and the office is equipped with energy-efficient devices

I feel there is a lot of potential for improvement regarding employee benefits (monetary & non-monetary), especially compared to local competition

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Rather growth and learning on the job than attending trainings. A budget for each employee to attend trainings/conferences would be cool!
