Most of the employees are in young and mature age (between 25 and 40 years old) which brings along to better understanding, huge number of common topics and so on.
From my perspective and perspective couple of my colleagues, company image is very positive and promising.
To me, as a family person, this is one of most important topics among others. I can only say that CRX Markets is 100% open for this topic.

Besides other regular syncs, there is a common company stand up every two weeks when the management explains the current situation and the nearest priorities and goals. Therefore you know why you are doing certain things.
The new office is nice, there is a coffee machine in the kitchen and a cold beer in the fridge. Only 4 stars due to the lack of bananas -)
Since the team is truly international, the language of the company is English. But in many cases, you can easily find someone to talk to in your native language.
