Full transparency for the coming companies to be purchased. Put a warning label on the purchase "Warning, may get burned" Or, don't purchase companies, just the products/ solutions. The employees and their families will thank you later.

Company is going through a large change process... all companies are. Other companies are able to communicate and be transparent. Weekly firings/ employees leaving due to "strategic reasons" since 2024. I have never seen so much good talent leave a company in such a short period of time.

Head of's are put in a difficult position: they know in advance that they will be saying goodbye to someone in their team on a monthly basis and they must be quiet about it. Wouldnt want to be in their shoes.
