A pleasant, collegial atmosphere.
Maximum flexibility possible. Both home office and on-site work. Working hours can be adjusted according to personal preferences, as long as this is coordinated.
Employees are very friendly and collegial. If there are any problems, whether work-related or private, we can always talk about them.
Supervisors are always available to address any issue and offer solutions when problems arise.
The office becomes increasingly cramped as the number of employees grows. Sometimes there is a lack of space. Especially when the whole team is on site.
Apart from that, the working conditions are very good and modern.
As it is still a small team, everything should happen very quickly. Sometimes something gets lost and isn't picked up again or only much later.
Own ideas can be brought in at any time, as long as they fulfill the final goal. Your own creativity therefore has its place.
They are very open to their employee (share company success, mission, vision). Value employee opinion. Continuous feedback.
This is based on my point of view. So far company met all my expectation. And I am happy with the company project and work policy. Very supportive higher management (CTO, CEO), continuous feedback, which motivated me to improve and encouraged me to take one more step further towards my career.
