Verbesserungsvorschläge
Understand that the employees are indeed the most valuable resource at the company and should be considered first, so they can their physical and mental health are preserved and improved. Company should stop making decisions based on numbers and profitability.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Atmosphere is bad, employees are frustrated with current company situation and management. Lack of clear strategies and structures, teams have no real goals on why they're working on specific projects. In-office C-level has stopped being personable and reasonable. A lot of decisions are made by overseas upper management and those decisions are kept secret, therefore there is is a lot of gossip, increasing instability in the environment.
Kommunikation
Communication between teams is good but the moment that it involves upper management it falls apart, one can be weeks without an answer. As well, tasks are given from one day to the other with unrealistic deadlines (upper management does not understand timelines and how long certain tasks take)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Apart from management, co-workers and peers are friendly and are always open to help and are overall friendly.
Work-Life-Balance
It does not exist. Employees are expected to work massive overtime, even the ones on with limited hours. Overseas management has no understanding of local working hours and expects employees to work constantly. As well, local employees are under extreme pressure and stress, degrading their mental health.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Inexperience chief executive that does not/cannot make a strategy for the company to move forward and grow. Other members are unresponsive and, depending on the department, do not want to collaborate with other employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
There's a balance between doing new things at work and doing someone else's job, unfortunately it happens frequently that employees do a lot more than what they should be doing / is expected of their role.

Company has employees of different backgrounds, ethnicities, and genders however upper management across the organisation is very male dominated.

Some older colleagues can work together and collaborative, but more often than not, older colleagues are not open for suggestions and do not collaborate with teams and work as they want to.

New office building is pretty but resources could have been spent better.

Basic recycling and food waste measures are in place but nothing special.

Below average/Average depending on the department, but employees are not paid accordingly to the work they do.
