Data Insights is run using management 3.0 approach. This means that we are continuously encouraged to provide input to improve our company. Currently all possible improvement points have been shared with colleagues and are in process of implementation.

Every employee is encouraged to complete a minimum of 10 days training per year. New employees are sent through detailed training courses. Everyone is certified in Scrum , Agile iterative development and standard communication courses with each person given a unique development plan
