Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I really have no complaints and I would have loved to continue working there but unfortunately I did not pass my probation period. Worked with two teams, absolutely great and competent colleagues in one team and an absolute nightmare in the other. A very condescending, stressed, overworked senior developer who expects you to take over huge tasks and assignments after less than two weeks into your onbording process. Even resorting to unnecessary, unprofessional and discouraging comments like:

- "I am explaining this to you for the third time and honestly I have a feeling maybe you wont be able to take over this task". (This is after being 2 weeks into my onboarding process after having asked them to please elaborate on the requirements of a certain programming task that I was assigned)

- "You are not done yet with the task? Sigh, here I will do it". (In a very condescending tone)

- "No this cant work like this, you cant be taking this long for such a task, you should have asked for help" (Sure, ask for help, but from whom? You yourself are overworked and the biggest "Wissensinsel", my other colleague on this team was burnt out and handed in their resignation notice and the other one was also overworked and I was advised BY YOU not to go to them for help because they have lots to do!)

Of course it was my word against theirs, a senior developer who has been there for 10 years, so no way anyone would understand my position and as a result I was laid off. All in all, a great experience with the other team, which I am sure they liked me since I felt I was performing well in their team. I am to blame since I should have maybe addressed the issue but I was worried about being misunderstood and especially them being a senior for over 10 years in this company, I felt it would be a risky move so I kept my mouth shut, only to get laid off a couple months later. Oh the irony!

Sorry for the wall of text, I hope you (the applicant) have a better experience than I had. I dont hold grudges but they were rude, condescending, extremely demotivating, bitter and I am sure they were the reason I got the boot.
