Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Body leasing as it worst, no upfront information and communication plus bad expectation management. In my case, I was pushed into some pre-discovery workshop for a client in order to sell a whole frontend team to a round of architects.
Micro management as part of project delivery and pre-sales which allows no room for personal creativity and design approaches. I experienced such from several people and in different setups/situations.
Unfulfilled expectations from initial role descriptions and introduction during application process. It was told during my interview about upcoming tech stack and projects. Actually nothing really came to reality.
Avoid fix price projects with unclear scope and wrong expectations to customers.
