Most important improvement is to work on the internal Image. . Next to fruitful projects for the future. .
Aviation lives from passion and is excecuted with money. . Those without passion should not have their place in the company. .

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The atmosphere is so and so.. sometimes it could be easily improved by the pure acceptance from the employees themselves to be an integral part of the project instead of watching it from the moon; the employer should improve "vision sharing" and increase trust and responsibility level to their employees. HR should not been selected by their nationality only!

Kommunikation

Communication is a "two end but also two start" thing. Everybody in the company should try to be that communivativ as required and be active not only wait for it; Communication is also smiling, shaking hands and sharing information. In general communication have to be improved but compared to other companies the comm. is not that bad..

Kollegenzusammenhalt

This is depending on the people your are talking with. A company is usually driven by several heads, with several abilities and several strengths. There is not this "good" and this "bad" person, there is a task have to be solved by the right people. In times when a company has to fight with a project, either the team do it together and succeed or the team fails. The "internal" evaluation of single persons and their abilities should be the job of HR and the current team head only! To review fragments only may not mirror the reality.

Work-Life-Balance

Holidays usually can been taken to the time which was asked for; if an urgent private appointment have to be priorized, this is usually no problem, too.
Flexible office times; even home office can be an option in special cases.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The heads are fair and solid. Everyone tries to work on a harmonic level with everybody independent from the org chart and role.

Interessante Aufgaben

Definetly very interesting.. sometimes a higher level of technology adjustment to our modern times might be fruitful.

Gleichberechtigung

Male - Female is absolutly ok; young - old is the same story like everywhere .. older colleguas receive much higher salaries independent from their function or role; if this is state if the art? I dont know..

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

I think this fine. .

Arbeitsbedingungen

Some little improvements here and there should be done. . Computers, chairs, desk, partly also the buildings are new and good. Cleaning every day and small Kirchens in the office available.. The trend goes to large team rooms, which improves the communication. Those who had their individual offices in the past are a bit upset.. sure. .

I think it is standard.. usually no body print out emails. . Strongly depending on the role, age and so on..

I would say average, mainly depending on the age .. role and performance are no key drivers..

Dornier Seawings is usually seen as " Dornier" .. worldwide good reputation. . But also have to fight with the issues from the past. . so & so

Job enlargement yes, job enrichment not really ..
Training is more and more coming..
