Dishonest, Cancel Culture, Double Standards
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
They shut down the position of Marketing Manager based on an untrue claim and fake reorganization. There was also discrimination – different terms of contract termination vs. male managers in another sector. I have contacted International Compliance and they didn’t react – although I reported unethical and questionable financial decisions of Top managers and HR: In the end, they didn’t provide me with a Recommendation Letter, although they promised. That way, they deteriorated my future career on purpose.

You should respect all employees.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Doesn’t feel relaxed, because it is fake. You have to be careful who and how to approach. There are lots of “business politicians” whose main concern is to maintain their position, high wages, and benefits.
Kommunikation
Assertive communication is allowed and exclusive only for some team members.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It is not a friendly atmosphere. You have to be always on alert in order not to make mistakes. Declaratively – a mistake is a lesson but in reality - not. There are lots of nepotism and “friendly” promotions – they don’t care too much about qualifications
Work-Life-Balance
There are team buildings, Events, and Education during weekends. In line with the “we are family” approach – until you exit. Then, you are a stranger.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Supervisors are persons who obey and who are trustworthy for some “hidden” projects. They treat subordinates as insignificant and exchangeable.
Interessante Aufgaben
They grow by acquiring enterprises and other businesses. That tells about their state of mind.
Gleichberechtigung
They apply double standards. I was a victim of mobbing and discrimination. Eventually, I am seeking my rights in court, but I believe that the public should be aware of the truth about this company.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are fewer and fewer older colleagues. The focus is on young people who will obey and be impressed with international companies – until they find out what kind of company that is.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
there is a huge gap between positions at the same level – it is not a transparent wage range for the same position – depends on how you negotiate. There is a huge gap between top managers and plain workers.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are educational courses, but usually not implemented in practice (which is a waste of time and money).
