Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

High expertise in the offered services, including strategy, operationalizing strategy, agile management, financial services in a variety of industries including plastics and mechanical engineering.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Very inappropriate feedback from department head received.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Continuous project update meetings with employees and lessons learned workshops of projects would make sense. Include employees more in decision making processes!

Provide more and more objective feedback. Incorporate agile management. Renew parts of the office equipment, such as chairs and height-adjustible desks or air conditioning. More flexible working times.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The general atmosphere is good but not brilliant.

Kommunikation

A little bit of bottom down communication, no bottom up communication.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Employees travel on average 3-4 days in the innovation as well as strategy department and therefore the support and atmosphere between colleagues is limited.

Work-Life-Balance

Long working hours in consulting are standard. But it is completely unnecessary that there are spontaneously and frequently coming new tasks after 6pm in the innovation department. You cannot plan your day-to-day life like this.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Subjective and partly unfair feedback given, if feedback is given at all. Support by department boss limited. Project organisation could be improved.
