I applied for the "Junior Logistics Manager" job at DYM Resources. After application they had quick response over Linkedin and directly sent me the questions in russian to answer. After my answers they invited me to the 20 minutes phone which was successful. After succesful phone interview I have been invited to the office to be interviewing. The interview atmosphere was the worst one that someone can ever has. They directed unusual and not professional questions for the interview in arrogant style (do you even know at least the process of application for residence permit in Germany and how the organization is called, “why you didn't learn russian in your country” which was asked mockingly etc). Every question has been asking mockingly and feeling like under-estimating my qualifications. I have asked about further application process, and they answered me that the application process consists of several steps which I found bizarre and unusual for the company with maximum 7-8 employees (even international cooperative companies do not organize such kind of recruiting).
