Got fired one day before probation period ended, thus likely dishonest with positive feedback before. No team farewell, please do that in the future!
Communication is fuzzy, should be more on point.
Internal processes and tools need an upgrade, time consuming and demotivation factor.

Communicate also areas for improvement and maybe where the product has drawbacks compared to competitors, most events were focused on we're the best/self-adulation.
Some talking behind your back that you have to hear through your superior.

Colleagues actively helped each other with their opportunities, had your back and if you had questions.

Well it is a sales job with travelling to events, so jo have to manage that plus project jumping

Dishonest - Got only positive feedback and was fired one day before probation period ending. No clear explicit explanation why. In between nearly every week one on one sessions with direct superior and his superior.

Lots of technologies to work with, old ones, new ones, product updates, events etc.

Old internal tooling and processes, which was a main pain.
Good was: Laptop of your choice, whatever you need for home office, mostly working from there
