I have honestly nothing bad to say as the communication throughout the whole process was outstanding and also all the interviews were done in a professional manner and at the same time with an open mind. I felt really comfortable during all interviews and realised fast that it is not about being perfect but being willing to learn and grow together with the company. I have never enjoyed an interview process so much as the one with ebot7!

Value the time and effort applicants put after case study.
A proper feedback after 3 interview rounds should be give to and not just a standard rejection mail.

I had three interview round the last one being a presentation of the company to a customer. Feedback was very positive from both interviewers as I supposedly had a good structure and answered all the questions very well. There was nearly any negative feedback giving me the feeling that I would be definitely make it to the last round.
I was very very disappointment not from the rejection itself but from the standard rejection email. At least if I put the time and effort and spend some hours to prepare a presentation I strongly believe that I deserve a better more personalized feedback.

I was 'recruited' through a message on LinkedIn. During the early stages of the progress, communication was good and I had an idea of what was going on. After the 4th interview I did, I received a phone call where I was told "we like you, but we're keeping the vacancy open a bit longer to see if we find a better fit". Never heard anything after that (or receiving feedback on what made them decide to not further pursue me), which, after investing time for four interviews, leaves it at a bit of a bitter ending and made me decide to go with a different opportunity.

All in all a very well structured and transparent interview process. Feedback and next steps were always communicated timely after each application step. Both the HR and the interviewers from the department were very straightforward, professional and friendly, which left me with a very positive overall impression.

There were 4 interview rounds with a role specific challenge round. In my opinion, the interview questions were well chosen as related to the role and leading to insightful discussion.

I had a very professional and pleasant experience during the recruitment process. The HR team representative was leading me through the steps with very concrete and timely communication. I had an opportunity to present my role-specific skills through a challenge that was very interesting. Additionally, I highly appreciated the team interview step, which was an excellent opportunity to meet future colleagues.
