Arbeitsatmosphäre
The offices are located in the heart of the "Speicherstadt".. a Unesco World heritage Site. I know I will probably never work again in such a special place like this. Enjoying the view at every coffee break - and looking forward to the end of the lockdown to go back to the offices.
So obviously, my colleagues and I are always super happy to go to work. The work atmosphere is good!
Kommunikation
When I started at the company in the early-growth stage, communication was not a strong point and it improved a lot lately. Regular meetings are organized and a lot of ressources resuming the latest procedures are available.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is working well together. Also in situation of home-office ;)
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible time, possibility to organize your own agenda. If you do some extra-hours one day, you can get your hours back by sleeping a bit more the next day.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
We are entering now the fast growth stage and a lot of restructuring is taking place. New people, new positions, new responsibilities.. a lot of changes are expected this year.
Gleichberechtigung
E-mobility is a male-dominated field but we do have some females in the team and I hope more will soon join us!

Age is something only in your head...
Arbeitsbedingungen
Computer equipments/mobile are fine. More regular cleaning of work areas, kitchen and restrooms would be great
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Walberg Urban Electrics is growing fast so everyone is taking more responsibilities and new challenges.
