Management conducts town halls and all hands but in general they are not open to criticism

This is worst situation here. Because they don't have internal employees, they have outsourced development to external non Euro IT vendors and freelancers. Since these parties are competing, these don't co-operate with each other

On calls are very bad. Very unstable and buggy platform and therefore many high priorities tickets are openened

Organization works in top bottom approach. Higher management makes all decision and they order then teams to follow these decisions and tech desings
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are average. Not so much traffic on platform so it is not so challenging. Lot of legacy and patchy code is present in core modules.

Salaries are below market average mainly because they have very tight budget. As per media speculations, the company has never many profits yet.
