We have regular connects with reporting managers just to talk about how things are working out or not working out. And this is really helpful for both sides to improve or even to just know that we are on the right track

Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks I get are really interesting and challenges me to learn new things everyday. And most importantly, the tasks that I get to work on are exactly what I wished to do and learn. I feel like I am valued and given equal importance here even though I am a working student.
