Distrust, constant threat of disciplinary measures. No access to legal means by way of diplomatic immunity

In writing formal management gibberish. In face, threatening often times vulgar.

Everybody is afraid. People do not talk to each other

Low workload. Inner retirement and subjugation is an escape most choose to accept

Very strong affermative action, gender and orientation wise. Lack of merit based treatment. Almost no employees with handicaps

Younger colleagues have far less attractive contracts. Older colleagues are pressured into resignation by serous disciplinary threats. Enormous number of disciplinary proceedings in front of Kangooro courts. Right to be heard not given. Total lack of confidentiality. High rates of mental desease and suicides
