Verbesserungsvorschläge
Move to a bigger office, separate the management from the sales floor, invest in better technology. Give more training. It would also be helpful for morale to be able to work a half-day from home. You should also consider relaxing the dress code, which is unnecessarily strict (even on casual Fridays).
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Constant high-pressure environment. It's OK whenever the team performs well, but expect the wrath of the management whenever the team struggles. You will be openly chastised and embarrassed in front of other colleagues.
Kommunikation
Management review KPIs daily (which are already very difficult to achieve). You need to explain and forecast sales for two months in advance otherwise you'll not be performing to their expectations. Micromanagement to the fullest extent you can imagine as they literally review your working day hour by hour.
Fortnightly sales meetings exist purely for the management to forecast how much money they are bringing in and for them to scold others.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There's a 'togetherness' feeling amongst colleagues, but only because it's a 'we're suffering together' feeling. There is no real team-working (you only share candidates with colleagues) and you are working by yourself which is very lonely. With the added micromanagement, that becomes unbearable.
Work-Life-Balance
The company operates a shift system and you are judged if you leave on-time or take your full lunch hour. Most colleagues eat at their desk and expect you to do the same. There is no home office flexibility, so work does stop whenever you leave the office which is a plus.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
You do not get realistic targets and the management acknowledges this. Targets are monitored daily, with daily meetings with the line manager to discuss your performance. The managers are very secretive, blatantly pass notes around the office, BCC emails to other colleagues and do not make it a welcoming environment. There is no intensive onboarding and there is low office morale.
The managers also force you to ignore your client's wishes and send as many CVs as you can, even if the client specified the contrary, and they are purely money-oriented.
Interessante Aufgaben
You can canvass call your own choice of clients, but at all times you have to maintain a list of 100 companies to canvass which is time-consuming and tedious.

Colleagues are treated differently by management dependent on their sales performance that month.

The office has a high turnover so there are not many colleagues who have worked there for very long.
Arbeitsbedingungen
They use an out-dated, slow, glitchy computer system that does not assist you with your work. There is nowhere to eat lunch. The office is designed for only 4 people but is cramped.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There is no environmental awareness; the printer is overused.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The base salary is worse than dreadful. You only get commission if you meet the quarterly sales minimum, and it's only a small percentage. It is simply not enough to live on in Munich, Germany's most expensive city. Lunch vouchers are only given to colleagues who have been there longer but are again secretive about that.

I do not recommend the company to anyone experienced or inexperienced unless there is a substantial restructuring of operations. The office's size makes it all the more intense, enabling managers to micromanage. When everyone is on the phone, it becomes excessively loud. Colleagues like to show off to others with their sales figures.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is no further career progression within the company. The managers are also recruitment consultants, but with management responsibilities. This company is a sales company, so if you do not like cold calling, then do not work here.
