there seem to be lots of secrets. management will send emails even though they sit next to you.

the team is small and because everyone sits in the same office room, the team is quite close. Turnover is extreme, everyone who manages to stay more than half a year is part of the "core team", the rest just comes and goes. They seem to be proud of the fact that only 1 in 3 new hires makes it.
The team is very international and around the same age.

overtime is included in salary and is expected from everyone.
If you need you leave earlier for whatever reason it's not a problem usually.

They just care about the numbers, how you get there doesn't matter to them. If you do well, you have lots of freedom, if you don't, you can't expect any support

they give you a lot of freedom if you bring in sales, if not be prepared to have someone looking over your shoulder at all times.

only the MD is over 45, the rest of the team is very young as they tend to hire graduates
Arbeitsbedingungen
The database they use is awful and extremly outdated. You have to make your own filing system because you can't rely on the database. Company tries to save money everywhere, instead of buying software that would make everyone's lives easier, you have to work with free trials.
Noise can be extreme when everyone is on the phone at the same time.

base salary is extremly low, commission scheme can mean you make lots of money but can also mean you make placements and get nothing for it. No other benefits and minimum number of holidays.
