Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- If you really have no experience but you want a start in recruitment or sales then it could be an option but you must make sales early or you'll be gone

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Zero management
- You need to make a sale before they will invest €50 and buy you business cards
- Low base salary
- Zero benefits
- Tough (or impossible) to get investment to help you succeed (premium LinkedIn, access to CV databases, new job boards)

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Potential employees need to understand that the owners only care about making money for themselves. The company seems proud of their "Sink or Swim" policy. From an employee perspective more stability would be great but that would involve the company investing in their staff which they won't do (as it costs them money).

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Good when the team makes target. The MD visits once a month (or more if sales are lower than target) and the local management are scared of him so everyone is on edge.

Kommunikation

Very little is discussed openly. Emails sent when you could just say directly to someones face. Weekly 1-1 was just so they could see how your pipeline looked, no support or help offered.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Oddly there can be a good togetherness as everyone is treated poorly by the management and MD. Once you complete 6 months here you are a veteran. Difficult to form relationships with new people as you know they could be fired at any point.

Work-Life-Balance

Little flexibility. Only management get mobile phones and laptops so you can only work from the office.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Offered very little support. Micro management to the fullest extent. If you are in the sales & marketing area you get a little more help, they have no interest in other areas.

Interessante Aufgaben

You are given some freedom to pursue new clients of your choosing but everything is about sales and they have soured many client relationships by earning a quick buck

Arbeitsbedingungen

Lots of pressure. Management only support people they like. Most new starts are gone in the first 3 months. Sink or Swim.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Terrible base salary. Commission can be ok but you need to hit a minimum threshold which means sometimes you need to "hold-back" a sale to the next quarter to ensure you get some bonus.

only to lead a "team" but even the office and country managers are still active recruiters.
