Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Like the potential of Every., but in the current setup and mindset, this rocket ship won't fly.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Appreciate what your people do, also face the reality between the company you want to have, and the company you actually have. Being more honest to themselves could also help. The other approach could be, accepting, that the founders are good creative heads, but terrible leaders, and maybe stepping down from personell responsibilities.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The office is quite a scary place, which is just quiet, big and filled with some sort of tension in the air.

Kommunikation

Overall very transparent, but also it changes quite often, and you jump from a to b, back to a, then to c, which is quite confusing.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Always the same people who are willing to drag the car out of the dirt, without really receiving the appreciation for what they actually did.

Work-Life-Balance

You can basically do whatever you want, as nobody cares anyway. Founders are also mostly of the out of the office.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

A picture of interest is created, but it is actually just created, don't expect anything too serious. At the end, everyone is interested in their own wellbeing.

Existing, but you can not finish them, due to the constant changes of ideas and routes the company will go now.

Gleichberechtigung

Leading roles are balanced 50/50, but there are favourite people and not so much liked people, which results in unbalanced promotions and recognition/appreciation of work.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

They try to keep the footprint to a minimum, but no clue about the origin of the products.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Lower average salary, besides that you can eat the food for free in the office, and this is where the benefits already ends.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

The whole system is quite unclear, on the one hand, hr is talking about the possibilities, on the other hand, the founders are blocking a general per head budget, so the decision process takes ages, also promoting seems quite random, as well as giving out titles.
