The owners announced quite a number of new plans for the coming years. If these are implemented, it would already go over the top.

An international, mostly young dynamic team of professionals, enjoying their work and supporting each other. Really flat hierarchy with friendly management.
Kommunikation
Some communication tools and practices are currently under development, as the team grew quite rapidly, but other than that everything's fine. Internal portal, dailies, presentations, lunches together, etc.

Feels, like a family. Really.
