Wouldn‘t recommend to anyone working there - IMHO expertlead is only about profit, people are not valued at all.

Just start to value your employees and don‘t exploit them and expect them to do crazy amounts of overtime for your profit. There has been always a good amount of fluctuation to prove my points. All the colleagues I have been working together with were gone as well quite quickly.

They communicate in a pretty special way - using all hands to expose teams/employees for „bad performance“

Doing overtime all the time. Did talk about it permanently but in the end I was blamed myself for doing overtime.

First I had a really great teamlead who was really supporting but then that changed and the new teamlead wasn‘t supporting at all only demanding, totally normalizing a lot of overtime
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks were good in the beginning but then there was a change and we lost quality and I talked to anyone about our missing quality now, but they people who could have changed that didn‘t want to hear it.

As already mentioned several times. High overtime is totally normalized and you will definitely get negative evaluations if you are not willing to do overtime
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
They pay below average. Especially if you are starting your career but as well for senior positions as I did talk with colleagues about it.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They don‘t really offer anything. I could only get a training as my teamlead was taking care of that.
