I'm really not sure there is anything that can be done differently. It's a tricky business that's hard to explain and hard to sell. Hiring decisions could be made more transparent.

Working with the immediate team is smooth and amazing, wider team communication is not very good with a lack of leadership.

They are all very nice, but I'm pretty sure no one knows what they're doing exactly. There seem to be new decisions about bringing in external expensive people all the time.

It's an ongoing fight to be more environmentally conscious. The colleagues are mostly on a board, but it's hard to get management to "care" about those topics.

No Sozialleistungen. Okay salary with no chance to get a raise, unfortunately.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

If you're in the "boys club" that seems to be management, then you're good to go. Not much chance to develop further if you're not in the "in-crowd".
