Sometimes quite quick changes in project priority, so if you’re a person that wants a “everyday routine” job, it’s probably not the right company for you.

Nice office and very friendly colleagues, would call it a familial atmosphere, even if now in the pandemic we‘re more „socially distanced“.

Communication in teams and between employees very open, a little more transparency top down would be legitimate.

We got two guys with children (home schooling) in home office nearly full time during the pandemic, and easily shifting between home office, office or even sometimes totally remote is possible. This is a flexibility you won’t get in larger companies (yet?).

Many different tasks, so no strict sales funnel but also touch points with technical sales, project management, and also kind of a key accounting task.

As one of the oldest, I was always treated well.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice office area, every desk with at least two screens, great choice of devices - it’s a tech company.
Drawback: quite noisy when many people are phoning, main office is quite roomy.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Cannot really judge. Servers run at least with 100% ecological energy.
With a high ceiling height, heating could probably be more efficient.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Payday always on time, could for sure be a little more compared to larger companies. Yet, overwork can be compensated by free time and even home office can be handled super flexible.

As it is a smaller company, of course leading positions are scarce. You can work your way up to mid level, after that, chances are limited.
Further education currently online only. Workshops with partners on-premises would be nice.
