Arbeitsatmosphäre

Great working atmosphere. Even though home office is accepted I go to the office every day as I enjoy being there.

Kommunikation

Overall good communication. Within the project work you can always contact your project manager if anything is unclear. Additionally, weekly meetings are held to inform all employees about the current situation of the company.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Very good! Everybody is helpful and open minded. Feedback is given on a regular basis. Moreover, you can also enjoy a cold drink with your colleagues after work.

Work-Life-Balance

Good for the consulting business, however, still no 9 to 5 job. Also depends highly on your current project.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Management and project leaders are always approachable and are aiming for the best results within the project.

Interessante Aufgaben

Considerable diversity of topics from all over the mobility sector and adjacent industries. Most topics are right at the interface between technology and strategy.

Still male dominated, however, leadership is aiming for a more diverse team.
