All efforts are made to include feedback from employees in all decisions made. Employees have also received all sorts of support to transition to a work-from-home setup during times of corona.

It is refreshing to see an organization, involve even her working students to engage in exploratory tasks that further the organization as a whole. I have been given unique problems to solve, and given the freedom to solve them however I want. But, having said that, financial.com also does not discourage failure, and only sees it as potential growth.
