I was there in 2015. One of the worst jobs I have ever had. Very hierarchical & money driven culture. Mostly copycats
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I had a very good manager. But he was one of the few and he also left the company 1 year later.
From what I have seen and heard, being a team-lead there is a very political matter
Interessante Aufgaben
I was working very close with the tech/design/product teams.
Although you would expect a company builder to be more experienced in.. building companies.. unfortunately they were *not*.
Gleichberechtigung
For me, it seemed women got hired based on her attractiveness. Kununu rules dont allow me to go into details, so I am just saying: many company parties, lots of alcohol, male executives. Figure it out on your own ..
Culture in general is derived from the banking culture.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice laptop, nice office - but I was in the old office in Alexanderplatz, not the tower.
If you happen to work for one of their (stealth) ventures, there is a very high chance that you are out of job in 6 months.
They claim that you then can switch to another venture (and some do), but often these employees will have an internal "failure-branding"
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Money money money
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Was okay for an entry job.
They pay you some amount of your salary in "shares". In general not a bad idea, but here it seems to be just a way to save some money.
Its very in-transparent how many shares you actually get & most likely you wont stay long enough to vest them (need to stay min. 1 year).
- Negotiate for salary!

Its crazy how good their image is :) Its perceived quite good from outsiders. People in the startup/fintech industry know the internal issues :)
