Easy setup to work from home and it's possible to collaborate with team from different offices in Berlin, Frankfurt or Barcelona!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The teams are diverse, small and domain-focused, We hangout every 2 weeks for after work drinks and music and weekly everyone (man or woman) is welcome to join for football.
My manager was friendly, open and supportive and we had the chance to sit together at least once a month to exchange feedbacks.

Somedays, it was busier than usual, but not always. There is no strict working hours and you are free to manage your time.

Free choice of working from home or office, with dedicated budget for home-office equipment! I had the chance to visit the office in Berlin and Barcelona and had a great time there.

I enjoyed Sodexo card monthly and received salary always on-time with no issues. There were other benefits such as private retirement package, E-Bike lease that I didn't use.
