high flexibility of in your working environment - very good products and solutions - very promising vision and strategy for the future - very stable funding by parent company- there is no threat being taken over by somebody giving you a stable long term perspective

a bit challenging sometimes since the teams are spread out remotely - home offices - we're using zoom meetings a lot.Nevertheless it could be more face to face meetings. Everyone is helping each other no matter what his responsibilities are. All for one !
