Most of the people pretend that they do a great job, they are really motivated, they have great leadership skills (They try to show this in events)
You will attend to some presentations and they will tell you the applications should be secure with some jokes and funny pictures on slides.
You will see people pretending that they are really good leaders, so you will really not get closer to people as friends.
You will hear people talking after you but on your face you are the good guy
You will hear some questions about you but you can easily understand that they actually don't care.

Make people work not pretend. Make presentations more effective or don't invite everybody.
