The working atmosphere is very good. This was not always the case, which can happen, unfortunately, at a startup, but now the company as a whole has found to itself :-)
Kommunikation
Communication is always respectful and focused, in a relaxed way. Usually English is spoken, as in this startup people from many different countries work together.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The atmosphere in and between the teams is excellent.
