No good treatment of European employees
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Big egos and a male dominated management with no clear idea of the future. Other competitors did it better. Especially the European brands. They know much better how good marketing should be done. Koreans have no idea about it.

Do what you promise. Treat your employees with respect and get a closer look to the European market before you enter such a unique and individual area. Understand the international challenges who come along with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

With Korean colleagues very bad. Hiding a lot of information. No transparency and not working on one vision. They only want to make big careers in Europe.

Interessante Aufgaben
They promised a lot, but unfortunately the European market is very challenging. No USP and to close to mother Hyundai to really make a difference in the European automotive market.

Genesis is a not very known brand in Europe. It is quite close to Hyundai. Even the designer is the same. No big difference even with the EV model in the car market.
