Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
They will hire you quickly, but they will also fire you just as fast!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
no recognition for any extra effort you put in at work.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
be aware of what happens behind the curtains, but I guess you guys are just as messed up as your team cause they have a nice face but a rotten core just like you do.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
very toxic, the minute you miss / forget something you are immediately being broadcast on all frequencies to the higher up. however, if you belong to the of "Band" they created of a handful of workers there you basically can do anything you wish to do and nothing will happen, you basically completely neglect your job responsibilities and you will be phrased for it.

they look nice on the surface, but they wash the kitchen towels that they dry your cups in with the same rags that they clean the floors and toilets in.
Work-Life-Balance
They don't encroach too much on your free time, but that's only because in the 6 month I was there the person who was the manager was a nice person whom btw also left.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
the chance of a career here is below zero!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
as I mentioned, "Band" that rules and the others do the work they should be doing, if you criticize them like I did, you will be out faster than you blink.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
In your face they are all nice, but behind your back they are stabbing you with a million knifes.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Anything you say related to work not being done is immediately taken as an attack on the "band". and you are to do what you're told, even when the others don't do their tasks!
Arbeitsbedingungen
in that department, they are well-equipped! but it's all just for show
Kommunikation
no one tells you that you did anything wrong, they just report you and get you in trouble!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Barely above minimum wage for part-time, and minimum wage for minijob
Gleichberechtigung
like I said, it's like a "Band"...
