Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Colleagues were friendly, helpful and kind. Supported each other when management didn't.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Management. Unprofessional, rude, no respect for staff, and also had unrealistic expectations. Worst behaviour I have ever seen within a company. Saw multiple staff members crying as a result of management behaviour towards them. No one to complain to - no HR department. Management style was bad from the very top, so other managers had a bad example to work from.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Don't shout at or laugh at your staff. Treat them with respect, it will help to create a more comfortable working environment and staff might stay more than a few months.

Management created the worst working conditions - staff were unhappy, did not respect managers (because of their behaviour), and most left after a short time.

Regular meetings, but communication between management and staff was often impolite and abrupt.

Other colleagues were friendly, worked well together. Good atmosphere among non-management staff.

Management were not considerate, expecting too much from staff and treating them badly - rude & unprofessional.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Nobody stayed with the company long enough. Staff retention is low.
