After 4 months of work and always positive feedback I was going on a week's vacation.

I got my first negative feedback from the manager in the afternoon, on the last day before my vacation. I accepted it and expressed my willingness to work on what he didn't like.

On the last day of my leave, I got a message on my private phone that I had to be in the office in the morning for an important meeting.
At the meeting I received a termination notice and messages such as: "You do not meet the requirements" (no one had presented them before). "We believe that you are not able to reach the level we accept."

We are very sorry to hear, that you felt like you had negative experiences working at Gridfuse.
