No support for homeoffice equipment, Leadership culture, Strategy unclear, fast changing projects, Time pressure, often in firefighting mode.

The Leadership situation is not clear. Not sure different departments trust each other at all. Some key people have left recently. Maybe one reason is that there is a competency mismatch on the VP/C level (large parts are from fashion industry)
