For 1 month you are literally trained on how to spam people on Linkedin and Xing. When you are done that, then you are coerced to cold call senior executives and convince them to join the sh***y network.

9-6 or more! You are not allowed to leave even if you are seating idle for hours without work. Home office? Forget it!

The office has almost no windows and no proper ventilation. It is super claustrophobic even in winters.

One of the lowest in Düsseldorf area.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Very few people could manage staying over 2 years. Only limited contracts are offered. Although they have recently introduced Linkedin learning but only a handful got the licenses.
