Cool team, dynamic but intense business - need to make it past the entry level position
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
super transparent, strong company growth, many opportunities
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Too much focused on numbers
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Spend more on external trainings; this will make everything more exciting
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Can be anything from chilled for a few days to super intense and crazy working hours. There is little pressure from Managers - unless you want to progress fast then you need to work hard
Kommunikation
Too much focus on numbers but then again quite transparent on anything.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
This is one of the best parts. Super international, young colleagues. However, constant work from home is dragging you down a bit. Nice team events
Work-Life-Balance
As above: If you want to progress fast, you will have to work hard. Clients (Management Consultants) have high expectations
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Top Management almost non existent. You barely hear from them. Local/team management kind of nice and chilled
Interessante Aufgaben
Not too much variety. In particular the entry level position is rather boring recruiting position. But there are many rounds of promotions so you can progress easily. There are people managing teams of ~20 after only 3 years in company
Arbeitsbedingungen
Well, it is currently 100% work from home so folks are allowed to be super flexible (some have been working from abroad for a year).
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
basic salary on entry position is low but a lot is based on performance and variable pay. you can more than double your salary in like 3 years if you are good
Image
Not sure anyone would know the firm in Germany but they are one of the global market leaders
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Progression can be great but there is no external trainings whatsoever
