Too frequent management and strategy changes have destroyed the company in my view

There is no more vision and prospect for success

Too much silo thinking between teams (and markets), which in the past was also encouraged by HR and management by excluding different teams when celebrating successes or anniversaries

Worse communication from C-level management than ever before

Generally bad mood after questionable and undignified mass layoffs. More and more people are now leaving the company voluntarily.
