He doesn't create unneeded stress like other employers I worked at in the past.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
not all employees have a replacement and sometimes there are critical things that we need to complete and are depending on these employees and we have to wait till these employees have time to do it.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
It would be great if there was some gratitude to the employees when they do something good. It doesn't have to be money, it is enough to understand the employee for the good work he did and respect the days when he needs a break, or if something happens.
