The implementation of some strategies is sometimes a little precarious. This is normal for a start up but more care should be taken and more in-depth studies should be carried out.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

1.Create a stronger company culture and give more weight to marketing in the area of HR, advertising and development of digital platforms.

2. In terms of the environment, more eco-friendly products could be adopted.

3. In terms of marketing, simplify the processes, especially customer oriented, as it is a digital tourism platform. The implementation of AI and competitor research should be a priority in this area in order to be on the cutting edge.

4.Also give new staff enough time to adapt to learn the basics and operation of the company. This should be in line with the growth of the company.

From my own experience, they support you above all professionally. Company events or after work events are not the strong point of the enterprise, but when something is celebrated, it is done in a big way :)

It is true that there is a lot of work, and this is typical of the hospitality sector, where sometimes emergencies occur at the least opportune moment, but it is nothing special in this sector... If you apply yourself and work well, you are taken into account and always get your overtime back.

Given that this is a Start-Up (although considering the current pace of expansion a large start-up) you have plenty of opportunities to apply all your imagination and creativity to come up with solutions and these are always welcome when they are solidly argued.

People whit diferent personalities, inverts, extroverts... the only thing that matters is that you can be yourself and people are usually very easy-going.

We are glade, that you perceive Homaris as a great place to work and see the opportunities you have to contribute to the success and development of the company as well as speak up about your needs and grow within your role and the company itself.

In the current phase of strong growth, keeping up with the adjustment of processes and structures takes a lot of effort and is sometimes not that easy. Therefore we acknowledge your feedback regarding the time it takes to adjust to the processes and structures and try to involve the employees as much as possible in the development to make it easier for them. Please let us know, if you have ideas to make this even smoother.

We are building up partnerships with selected manufactures for our furniture in order to enhance sustainability and quality. Nevertheless, sustainability is a very important topic and we would like to thank you for pointing our attention towards it.
