they only care their own benefit and worried about their positionf. nobody cares about you dear. your manager understands only how fancy the powerpoint is. He can judge you even he has lack of knowledge in this discipline.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
learn english, learn a little bit german, at least earn the law in Germany, learn the local culture, learn how to respect the european collegen and even your compatriots. all the important meetings are in Mandarin guys.(because no managers speak fluent english :). please consider the carrer path for the candidate as well. Do not hire them with attractive salary and fire them after few months (becuase you cant understand why they work in the way you dont understand)
