A really nice work place to grow and to learn everyday something new.

There’s people that has been working there for a really long time from service they shouldn’t work any more. She makes the work to EVERYONE really heavy and annoying.
She isn’t a good “boss!”

Really nice place to work a 4-Star Superior Hotel. With people you like to work can be really fun.
There are some old employees there’re still working there with a close mind and let the others not grow.

The work plan should come earlier (2 weeks min.) therefore you can plan with time your private things.

Not a great Balance and it’s not just the hotel in general when you work in the Gastro. In every hotel is the same problem.

Not always. People from “the top” take always the last word. And your opinion will not always THAT important to them.
Interessante Aufgaben
The hotel is more than 100 years old and there’s new technologies and modern methods that maybe Hotel Heinz should have in mind.

You’re are really welcome to every team!
But they expect you to know every table number from day one!
Arbeitsbedingungen
It’s an old hotel, so maybe there are some really old things. But they try to remodel but it’s take so long to make the work done.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
When I was doing my Ausbildung it’s was really bad. I was every weekend, holidays, and a bunch extra hour that they wouldn’t pay for it. Azubis are really treated bad.
When I was done, things changed. It’s was the opposite from above. I’m goodly getting pay. You can start from 13€/h.
