I find my employer to be extremely helpful, as I mentioned before he has gone above and beyond in the visa process, and with keeping in contact with me in regards of my development and training. m very grateful that they took the risk of hiring a non EU citizen. They also provided useful information on the relocating to Munich and the surrounding area.
They are very clear with their goals and what they expect from you.
They have always been very approachable and always make the time to answer any questions or concerns that I might have

The atmosphere at i-Pharm is one that offers a lot of flexibility and autonomy. The management has set clear goals for us to achieve, and we are allowed to work in the way that is suitable for us.
In general my colleagues are very nice, respectful, and have been extremely helpful during the training process. Colleagues are approachable and will always take the time to answer questions and give tips on how to improve.
Kommunikation
Management clearly communicates what they expect from you, and are organized in terms of goals and achievements. Likewise during the interview process, right from the start they explained what exactly is required from this role, and they discussed the upsides and the downsides as well. They were extremely transparent. They also provided same day responses during each step of the interview. Management responded very quickly to questions, and teams leads and the managing director are very easy to approach and talk to.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
My colleagues have all been very helpful, and supportive during my training period. I am currently shadowing one of the more senior consultants,and she always provides excellent feedback after my client and candidate calls on how to improve and what were the positives. Teams leads have even gone out of there way to do 'role plays' on the phone so that I can improve client and candidate phone calls. My colleagues have all been very kind and welcoming.
Likewise the managing director has been going above and beyond with helping me through Visa process as I am a US citizen working within Germany. He has also been very flexible in terms of my arrival times due to meetings in the foreigners registrations office.
In general everyone is very supportive and welcoming.

My superiors are very transparent, helpful, and understanding. They really spend a lot time making sure that you are adjusting to the work, and the training that is provided. They are also very approachable and upfront with you regarding your concerns. They have also been quite considerate regarding my own personal situation. I moved to Munich Augsburg region on the 1st of November and I started working on the 4th, and they have been very understanding that I am still adjusting and settling into my new accommodations and taking care of all the matters related to moving to a new city.

the office is equally balanced between men and women, and there are many team leads that are women as well. My colleagues are from a variety of backgrounds, we have colleagues from Italy, Africa, Eastern Europe, the USA and the Middle East.Every continent is represented There seems to be no gender or race based bias in the office.

Dealing with older colleges has always been pleasant. I have had no issue here.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are excellent. We are a in clean modern office,and it never feel crowded. Likewise we are right by the train station so the commute to and from work is very easy.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The comission structure at i-Pharm allows for an excellent earning potential, and there are no commission thresholds either. Likewise the base salary also increases dramatically as you progress in your career. Its much higher than what is offered at Phaidon and Marlen Green, especially at a trainee level

Overall I have a very positive view of the company. They have a very fast response time, the managements has been respectful, helpful, direct and understanding. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the different niche areas that they work in. Management and team leads always provide constructive feedback. they also really take the time to prepare their new hires. They provide a lot of materials in order to educate you on the field you will be working in , and a ten week long tri weekly training program. They have also provided me with a lot of strategies on how to attract clients and candidates to different roles

They have provided me with a clear and detailed career progression path, that is actually quite attainable within a reasonable amount of time. They also offer higher positions that are outside the realms of management
