Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The open and collaborative working environment, hands on attitude paired with a high level of professionalism and the willingness and support to perform at ones level best.

Lack of consequence in face of those sharing and promoting these values and attitudes.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Enforce the good rules and standards in place, question and consider reworking or scrapping the bad ones and ultimately apply more consequence in these regards. The code of conduct as well as the employee survey should give you a good guidance.

Very good but not perfect due to silo thinking and protectionism, specifically among some of those in the company from the start.

Subject to improvement, especially in middle-management.

One less star due to non-collaborators and opportunists, which you have in nearly every company.

Nice and modern open space work place, a bit noisy given some colleagues disobey the rules. Flextime and mobile work arrangements, parkings and restaurant checks, free coffee, water and fruit.

Higher-than-average salary, pension plan and yearly bonus.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Career development is difficult for several reasons. Performance reviews are obligatory on a yearly basis, but not structured in an objectively comparable manner. Lack of training for assessing managers and poor HR Performance contribute to a large extent, cost cutting does the rest.
