Cool product but toxic environment there has to be change

a lot of pressure, low leadership, finger pointing cross teams...
All of this lead to a high rate of fluctuation. People leave leader not the company. Let's think about it.

They are trying a lot for transperancy eg. company update mails, all hands and so on. Lack of communication regarding gos and especially nogos in leadership. Clear rules are missing. The C-level seems to know the problem but is ignoring it. Fear is not the best communicator.

We tried together to solve the given tasks. But there was no clear guidance what important is.
Work-Life-Balance
To much workload every day. It is normal to have peaks but here every week felt like this.
