Very low income .they are hiring people who just enter Germany .because these people accept low Salary.

The head of IT is aware of problems but he does not do anything about it .because changes in the leadership cause some money and they are very greedy to let the micromanagers go

Change the micro managers leader .focus on making the job opportunity interesting and exciting instead of extreme micro managing in IT department
Remove the rule to turn on the cameras during zoom call.
Don’t make fun of people who take sick leave
Let the micromanager go and hire new leader who has entrepreneurship mindset and not controlly ,aggressive,forcefull and micromanagement mindset.
Put budget for all the team members to go to seminars not just selective team lead
Be fair ,if you know micromanaging is wrong then get rid of micromanagers in the IT department.do not keep them because you need to pay them lots of money to let them go .
