Huge workload, high pressure, lots of hierarchical thinking and practice, little appreciation, little trust, little freedom. All in all, the opposite of a 21st century civil society organisation.

Good collaboration among colleagues, very bad relationship with management.

They basically don't care.

Hard to find words. Founding director was a nightmare. Maybe better now with new director. However, other executives are also not fit for their jobs. They don't trust their team, they don't explain and discuss decisions and ideas, etc. Instead, they lead by spreading fear.
Interessante Aufgaben
It could be interesting, but most of the work is hot air trying to flatter CEOs of international NGOs.
Gleichberechtigung
They are supportive to women. Especially those who never disagree with the management.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are no older colleagues. They only hire young people who are willing to accept very low salaries. And very few stay there longer than 1-2 years. Turnover is ridiculously high.

Very low salaries (except for management, of course), high pressure, little freedom, bad social package.

Environmentally, they do good job. Socially not.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Very low salaries for the team, very high for the management. But they are the first to politically complain about inequalities.
